From Our Family to Yours, Welcome to Paradise.
Family-owned. Community-focused. Built on a passion for taking care of our customers.
Where Our Story Began
Every great story starts somewhere, and ours began with a simple passion for helping families create their dream backyards.
Before Paradise Spas, our family started in the fiberglass pool industry, helping homeowners turn their outdoor spaces into places where memories could be made for years to come. Along the way, we realized our customers needed more than just a beautiful pool. They needed a place they could trust for pool chemicals, supplies, and ongoing support long after installation.
That's when the idea for our very own pool chemical store was born. And as our vision grew, we thought, why stop there? Why not offer our customers another way to relax, unwind, and enjoy their homes?
And just like that, Paradise Spas came to life!
A Family Business With Family Values
At Paradise Spas, family is at the heart of everything we do. As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of creating a home where you can slow down, spend time together, and enjoy life's little moments.
Whether you're purchasing your very first hot tub, stocking up on pool chemicals, or simply stopping by with a question, we want you to feel like part of our family.
More Than a Store. A Relationship Built on Trust.
We believe our responsibility to our customers doesn't end when a purchase is made. We're here to answer your questions, help you find the right products, and make your experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.
That's why we offer complimentary spa delivery and setup, taking care of the process from the moment your spa arrives at our San Mateo location to the day it's delivered to your home.
We're not here to simply sell you a spa. We're here to help you create a place where your family can gather, where long days end with a little relaxation, and where unforgettable memories begin.
Thank You for Being Part of Our Story
What started as a fiberglass pool company has grown into something we're incredibly proud of. Paradise Spas is another way for us to serve the families and communities that have supported us along the way.
We're grateful for every customer who walks through our doors, every family who trusts us with their backyard dreams, and every opportunity we have to make someone's day a little brighter.
From our family to yours, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your home. We can't wait to help you find your own little piece of paradise!
With love,
The Paradise Spas Family 🌴
